Governor or any of his admin. assts.; Senate President or Senator; House Speaker or Representative; State Treasurer by the 1st Asst State Treasurer; Secretary of State (CHAIR) by the 1st Asst Secretary of State, Undersecretary of Management & Finance or legal counsel for the Department of State; Attorney General by any full-time Asst Attorney General; Each committee chair by any other member of his comm and the appointees of the legislature by another legislative member; Comm of Admin by any full-time Asst to the Comm of Admin. All serve concurrent with their terms of office. No conf needed.
