All members appointed by the Governor, to serve at his pleasure, upon recommendation of the LA Dental Association. Bd. shall consist of 14 members as follows: 1 Practicing Dentist from each of 9 regions of DHH; 1 from the Maternal & Child Health Coalition, 1 from LA State Medical Society, 1 from LSU Medical Center, 1 State Licensed Dental Hygienist; and 1 from LA Rural Water Association.
