The bd shall consist of 20 mems, 15 of whom shall be apptd by the gov from among reps of the major economic groups within LA; 1 shall be an elected municipal official apptd by the gov from a list of 3 names submtd by the LA Municipal Assc; and 1 shall be an elected police juror, councilman, commissioner, or parish pres apptd by the gov from a list of 3 names submtd by the Police Jury Assc.. The Gov, lieut gov, and the sec of the Dept of Eco Dev or their designees shall be ex officio members of the bd with full right to participate in and vote on all matters.
